1. When you order
When you have placed your order with Firstgrade.dk, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an overview of your order. The order will then be dispatched. If your order is set to shipped, it is not possible to make changes to the order.
2. Cancellation of order
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled by contacting us on 30 58 94 86 or on contact us
All the prices shown on Firstgrade.dk are in Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT. Reservations are made for fee changes, price and proofreading errors, etc.
Payment for ordered goods can be made online using credit such as Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. This information is transmitted encrypted through Shopify Payments. You also have the option of paying with MobilePay. The money is deducted from the card when we ship the item. However, in certain cases the money can be withdrawn earlier as the reservation of the amount expires after 1(one) week / 7 days and you therefore have to place a completely new order, and we thereby withdraw the money earlier to make it less difficult for you (the customer).
5. Freight and delivery
Denmark: Expected delivery time is 1-5 working days, we reserve the right for any storage errors that may cause several delivery days. If you experience delivery in more than 3 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further. The shipping price is DKK 49 for delivery without delivery, but if you order for DKK 700 or more you can get free shipping and handling with delivery in Denmark. We deliver to most of the world.
The Nordic region: Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days, we reserve the right for any storage errors that may cause several delivery days. If you experience delivery in more than 3 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.
Europe: Expected delivery time is 2-4 working days, we reserve the right to any stock errors that may cause several delivery days. If you experience delivery in more than 4 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.
Other countries: Expected delivery time is 3-13 working days, we reserve the right to any stock errors that may cause several delivery days. If you experience delivery in more than 13 working days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.
If the order is not picked up/no response to the notification, please contact customer service. If you wish to have the order sent again, you must pay the handling and shipping costs of DKK 98.
Pickup: If packages are not picked up, we will refund the amount of your order, a refund fee of DKK 79 will be deducted from the order.
6. Exchange & Return
You have a 365-day right of return on all purchases from firstgrade.dk. Please note that you must remember to save your purchase receipt, which you receive by e-mail after ordering. The item must be sent to: Firstgrade.dk Att. Return + your order number Niels bohrsvej 12A 6000 Kolding. When an item is to be exchanged in the first instance, is paid the cost of the shipment of Firstgrade.dk using our Return portal . You are responsible for ensuring that the products arrive in good condition. Call or write to firstgrade.dk for guidance on correct shipping of the products. The return package must be sent to our address - by delivery, we do not pick up packages at the post office.
If an item needs to be exchanged several times , you must cover the shipping costs yourself.

If you have purchased an item which has subsequently been reduced in price, FirstGrade offers a price guarantee for 14 days. The price difference is paid out on an electronic gift card, which can be used in our own stores and/or on FirstGrade.dk.
7. Right of cancellation/return
We offer a 365-day right of withdrawal on goods. Goods received must be returned in the same condition, storage and quantity. The right of return/cancellation runs from the time you received the item. Goods must be sent by delivery directly to Niels bohrsvej 12A 6000 Kolding . In the event of cancellation, you must cover the shipping costs yourself. What you have paid for the goods will be refunded to you after we have received your goods back. When using the right of cancellation/return, an electronic return of the money will take place. If part of the order is refunded and the amount then falls below DKK 500, free shipping will be waived and the shipping will then be deducted from the refunded amount. 8. Disclaimer and disclaimer
We, at firstgrade.dk, reserve the right to tax changes, proofreading and price errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and any lack of or delay in deliveries from suppliers.
9. Right of complaint
In accordance with the rules of the Sales Act, you as a consumer are granted a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. However, for goods with a limited lifespan, your right of complaint is limited to the usual shelf life for the goods in question. If the item suffers from an error or defect, firstgrade.dk will seek to remedy this or alternatively make a redelivery. You must contact firstgrade.dk on contact us or 30 58 94 86 If you discover an error or deficiency in a purchased item, you must contact Firstgrade.dk as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain what the error or deficiency consists of. Firstgrade.dk will then handle your complaint - alternatively, you can contact one of our stores, who will then handle your complaint in the normal way - in which case you must remember to bring your invoice.
The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet and webshops. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction.
The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. Any dispute between the business and the customer is subject to Danish law
11. SMS & Email marketing & notifications
By signing up for SMS notifications, you agree to receive repetitive automated marketing messages on the phone number you have provided. Approval is not a condition for buying in the shop.
If you wish to unsubscribe, you must write us an email at: email@example.com, with your email and your phone number, and we will remove you from our mailing list immediately.

12. Especially for Physical Stores / events.
When shopping in our stores, we only offer exchanges or credit vouchers that can be used online or in the store
13. Especially for live auctions.
In live auctions, there are some auction numbers that cannot be refunded and that it is a binding sale.
Attention to special cases while we are broadcasting live we can cancel the binding.
14. Especially for campaigns.
With "FREE GIFT" campaigns, you get a free gift/product with your order if a product has been purchased. In some cases, the campaign may be for the purchase of a minimum amount and then this will appear. Free gifts are included in the orders *as long as stocks last (and appear in your basket so you know if you have received the product) If you send your entire order back, the free gift must also be sent back. If you choose to keep the gift, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the price of the gift exceeds what you have bought together, the money is held until the gift is sent back. Only 1 product is included per customer, as long as it is indicated in the basket.
